We are committed to protecting anyone who raises a concern in good faith from retaliation or unfair treatment.

Clyde Marine Services Ltd takes breaches of this policy seriously. Any violation may result in disciplinary action, including possible dismissal, and could lead to civil or criminal proceedings. Our leadership team will continue to review and reinforce this policy regularly, ensuring it reflects current legislation and industry best practice.
